Cynthia, known as Cindy, brings over 27 years of experience as a Federal Contractor, primarily supporting the Department of Defense and the Veterans Affairs. Her professional journey began in Health Information Management and has evolved through various fields, including Requirements Management, Risk Management, and Program Management. Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong passion for coaching.
Cindy’s career path initiated later than that of many professionals. After dedicating 12 years to her two daughters as a stay-at-home mom, she embarked on a contracting journey as a Tricare upcoding auditor. Currently, Cindy enjoys quality time with her family, which now includes four grandchildren, her 103-year-old mother, her daughters, and their spouses.
